Draw your own
house plans
Drawing DryStacked block CAD house plans can be rewarding and cost effective.
Typical house plans will cost about $1500.00. The biggest problem with
third party house plans is the communications process.
Much time is wasted
trying to convey your intentions as well as the draft person's intentions.
Many times miscommunications occur and plans have to be reworked.
Drawing your own
plans may at first appear impossible. This training CD will show you
how to make the actual drawing. We have added a free bonus DryStacked
Block House Plan Drawing CD to this training course. These videos will
address specific drystacked block house plan drawing issues. This bonus
CD contains bonus lessons 31, 32, and 33. These lessons demonstrate
foundation plan considerations for building with DryStacked blocks.
House Plan Training
You may want to consider personal training on how to design your own
house plans. This at first sounds extreme and expensive, but neither
is the case. There is a website http://homedesign.8m.com/frames.htm
which offers on-line training for a mere $20, and their training may
help you to build a better house. This is a training program designed
by a professional architect with years of experience. This training
program also provides for a real person architect to respond to your
e-mail questions. This training is done on a semi-charity basis which
is why it is so inexpensive.
House
Plan Drawing CD
By ordering this free (DryStacked Block House Plan Drawing Training
CD) and the above mentioned Home Design Course, you now have the means
to create accurate and code compliant block house plans. You will also
avoid common house plan mistakes when you complete the Home Design Course
referenced above.
